Rick has over 20 years experience assisting businesses with human resources and industrial relations issues and providing optimum outcomes for workplaces. Rick previously worked as the Regional Workplace Relations Advisor for Commerce QLD and now provides workplace consulting services to Haycroft on an independent contractor basis.
He has also manages his own successful workplace relations consultancy business. Rick is constantly updating his HR/IR knowledge and is currently undertaking graduate studies in Employment Law.
