Mary has also worked for 3 years with the Workplace Authority in various roles such as Agreement Advisor, Fairness Test Assessor and Workplace Advisor.
Experience in both the public and private sector provides Mary with a solid understanding of the Industrial Relations issues that many businesses face on a daily basis.
