Lisa has over 10 years experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, including a 5 year stint working as a Workplace Inspector with the Fair Work Ombudsman. This provided her with a unique insight into the investigations that take place to ensure businesses are fully compliant with workplace laws.
Lisa holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and has worked at all levels in HR, all the way from Payroll Officer to Human Resource Manager. Lisa now enjoys providing advice and assistance to businesses that are trying to keep pace with ever-changing workplace laws.
