Graeme Haycroft

Graeme Haycroft's background in this industry starts from the time he pioneered collective Workplace Agreements in the late 1980's under the Queensland Voluntary Employment Agreement legislation; through the introduction of sub-contract shearing in 1992 and the first successful union-free high-rise construction sites on the Sunshine Coast. He has a proven track record in industrial negotiation and advocacy.

Accounts Manager: Anita O'Brien

I started with Haycroft Workplace Solutions not long ago and here at Haycroft I work in the role of Accounts Manager. This means my responsibilities include taking care of financial reports, debtors control, accounts payable, overseeing payroll runs and all other general accounts issues.

In my spare time when I'm not working I enjoy gardening, playing sports (such as footsal and golf) and socialising.

Consultant/Brisbane Office Manager: Anita Moss

Anita has been working with Graeme Haycroft for over 8 years and just can't get away! After completing a degree in Business majoring in International Business and Management, she moved to our Brisbane office so she could live at the Gold Coast. She has big ambitions to take over the world and is finalising plans to do so. She enjoys working with larger businesses and business executives to provide workplace solutions for their businesses.

Senior Consultant: Nikki MacDonald

When Nikki's feet aren't up on her very own lounge behind her desk (can you believe this), she's busy consulting to our clients in the Sunshine Coast & Northern regions. Nikki has been with the company for over eight years and manages a large, existing clientele that she has developed over the years in industries including retail, hospitality & building & construction. Nikki also works with major Business Brokers providing their clients with a confident Business Strategy of employment solutions. Her aim is also to focus on franchisee businesses as a one-stop shop, minimizing their workload & IR confusion.

Consultant: Frank Bottcher

Frank has learnt that any successful relationship is based on the degree of trust a customer has in the expertise and ethics of those with whom they do business. He is excited to be one of our newest 'Employment & Recruitment Consulant'. When he isn't working, there is a good chance you will see Frank sipping coffee at Mooloolaba with his family, sucking in the atmosphere and contemplating the meaning of life. Contract Consultant: John Stegman

Has been involved in recruitment/labour hire for close on 20 years. Starting with old Commonwealth employment services (CES) where he worked in various sites including a 4 year period in Sydney working withthe street kids in Kings Cross. When the CES closed down he worked for Sarina Russo Job Access for 5 years where he was presented with an award for Case Manager for The Year across her 17 national sites. He subsequently went to work for Graeme for 2 years before joining Trojan workforce, a national labour hire company, as an account manager/business development manager. In 2007 he was awarded the Trojan Salesperson of the year award across Australia. In late 2007 he was made branch manager of the Trojan Coopers Plains branch. AND NOW HE IS BACK!!!!! He is working for Haycroft Workplace Solutions on a contract basis handling short term/long term and permanent recruitment.

He takes great enjoyment in assisting clients and jobseekers with their recruitment/employment needs and have developed good working relationships with both groups over the years. He believes Haycroft Workplace Solutions have the perfect system in place to take away the tedious bits of employing someone.

In my spare time he enjoy's watching rugby league (go the Broncos), AFL (go the Lions) and cricket.

Occupational Health & Safety Consultant: Ben Haycroft

Ben has more than 10 years experience in workplace health and safety and workplace rehabilitation. He contracts his services to Haycroft Workplace Solutions and various other businesses. Ben has been involved in recruitment and labour hire arrangements for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in a wide range of industries.

Office Co-ordinator: Charis Bottcher

Charis is our resident twinkle toes! When she isn't busy burning up the dance floor at the local latin club or dancing around the office, she is our Office Co-ordinator and also takes care of all our IT problems, databases, websites, Workplace Buzz newsletters and other administration duties.

Personal Assistant to Graeme Haycroft: Kerriy Kendray

Anita is a fitness freak and social butterfly! Loves people and being around people. She is Graeme's assistant and responsible for the implementation of management direction and policy.

SBU Records Administrator: Nicole Renouf

Nicole has been with Haycroft for over 2 years starting out as receptionist and is now SBU Administration Consultant. Her work with us involves a wide variety of duties including advising clients of award conditions, AWA/ITEA lodging and invoicing, and is our resident fairness test advisor.  She varies her time between the office and various trips, whether short road trips to jetting off to different destinations overseas.  When at home on the Coast can usually be found either relaxing with friends or out fishing.

Receptionist & Recruitment Officer: Rachael Kane

Rachael is the recruitment officer and receptionist for the Sunshine Coast office working with clients throughout the coast and northern regions. When she's not short-listing resumes, interviewing potential employees and taking job details she keeps busy helping out with client and employee enquiries as well as a myriad of other administrative tasks. Rachael has been with the company over a year and has recruited staff for a wide range of industries including clerical, building and construction, hospitality and retail and is now expanding to include international candidates.

Brisbane Consultant Personal Assistant: Kellie Johnson

Although not our only staff member from New Zealand, Kellie is the most recent off the boat. She is settling in happily to her new home in Brisbane, and into her new role with Haycroft as PA to Anita Moss.  Kellie is often the source of amusement and debate as she lets us know just how it's done in ‘Kiwi Land'!

SBU Legislation Administrator: Katie Waller

Katie has been with Haycroft for over a year and has held a variety of positions within the company.   She started off as joint coordinator of the Small Business Union lodging AWAs, then trying her hand at payroll.  She has nearly completed a Human Resources degree and when she is not studying or working she spends her free time with friends and the occasional cocktail in Brisbane.

Flavia is responsible for all reception and general administrative duties, making sure that all the paper work is correctly filled out.

Junior Office Assistant: Taylor Stone

When Taylor isn't scoring goals on the basketball court or winning accolades at high school she can be found helping us out in our Caloundra office preparing kits, filing and completing other office duties.
